Four hours of elite preparation tools that don’t just boost confidence for tryouts—but equip your athlete with performance habits that pay off for years in hockey.

Off-Ice

2 sessions, each 1-hour long. Durning these sessions, your athlete will learn how to properly warm-up and cool down for peak performance. We will go over methods on shooting to score, skill work and hockey IQ.

On-Ice

1-hour long. Durning this session, your athlete be on the ice (Springfield Chiller) with top tier coaches who have experience evaluating in tryouts. We will run common drills your kid may see at tryouts and break into position specific work to help the athlete feel polished and confident. This will be a high-energy atmosphere in order to set the tone for the weeks to come.

Mental Skills and Nutrition Info Meeting

1-hour long. This can be attended online or in person. It will be recorded for later review and the athlete will receive an informational hand-out with all the content we will cover. We will go over some mental skills and tools to think about during tryouts (and future games), tips on how to standout and get recognized, and what to eat/ when to eat/ how much to eat for optimal performance and recovery (hint: the answer isn’t always “protein”).
