Elite Off-Season Training: Drastically Improve Speed, Strength and Skill

What to Expect

Elite Off-Season Training Program

This is not a casual summer workout plan.

This is a 16-week, fully periodized hockey-specific performance system designed for athletes who are serious about making a noticeable jump next season.

Built for players who are ready to commit 100% effort.

What This Program Develops:

Speed

Linear acceleration, first-step quickness, and overspeed mechanics.

Agility

Edge-change patterns, reactive footwork, and multi-directional explosiveness.

Strength

Relative and absolute strength development with hockey-specific movement patterns.

Power Output

Explosive lower-body and rotational power for harder shots, faster strides, and stronger puck battles.

Conditioning

Energy system development tailored to hockey shifts — repeated high-intensity efforts with incomplete rest.

Technical Skill Work

    •    Shooting mechanics and release speed

    •    Puck control under fatigue

    •    Game-transfer movement patterns

    •    Position-specific skill emphasis

Train Like A Hockey Player, Perform Like A Hockey Player

How It Works
  • Pay in full $1,195 and receive all 48 credits up front to book your classes. Or, sign up for the monthly subscription (first payment due April 24th), and receive 12 credits each pay cycle.

contact me for pros and cons to either option.

  • Use generated unique scheduling code to book classes. Schedule to be released late March.

Contact for draft of likely schedule.

  • This will occur May 4th (program will kick off May 5th)

  • I expect each athlete to show up ready to go. Proper shoes and required equipment is the bare minimum. I expect focus and respect prior to class time. Otherwise, don’t come. They would be wasting my time, other athletes’ time and their own time.

  • Eat well. Sleep plenty. And hydrate often. You will not see results if you do not recover correctly.

Additional recovery sessions and nutritional coaching sessions available for purchase.
