More About Katie Baldwin— Owner and Coach
Katie is a Dayton hockey native. While she has played all over North America, the Dayton hockey community has always felt like her community. After playing AAA, attending prep school and college, Katie moved back home to Dayton, OH in 2020. It was then she witnessed the incredible growth Dayton hockey has had over the past 10 years— this sparked a mission to contribute to and support said growth.
Katie decided to take her 25 years of hockey experience, her general fitness background, and her health and wellness coaching expertise, and refocus them to create a hockey-specific training program. With this program, Katie has opened Dayton’s first and only off-ice training facility. Not only to offer the Dayton hockey community a resource it desperately needs, but also a sense of community, and an effective, scientifically-backed program to develop better hockey players.
